Hi, my name is Manu!
And My Blood Sugar Level is my little corner of the internet!

I’m the creator, voice, and heart behind My Blood Sugar Level. This site was born out of something deeply personal—my own diabetes diagnosis just over two years ago. What began as a personal journey to better understand my condition has since grown into a mission to help others do the same.

Since my diagnosis, I’ve immersed myself in learning everything I can about managing blood sugar, improving my diet, and building habits that support long-term health. Along the way, I’ve come to realize just how overwhelming it can be to navigate this space—especially when you’re newly diagnosed, or trying to make sense of all the conflicting information out there.

I Love Health Tools!

This site is where I share everything I’ve learned and continue to discover—from simple explanations of A1C and blood sugar ranges, to interactive tools and calculators that can help you make informed decisions.

If you’ve ever wished for a clearer, calmer, more helpful way to manage your blood sugar, I hope you’ll find it here. My goal is to build resources that are practical, empowering, and grounded in real-life experience.

Whether you’re looking for a way to convert your A1C to average blood sugar, wondering how watermelon affects your glucose levels, or simply need some encouragement—you’re in the right place.

Going Deeper

Here’s a little more about me and what makes this site tick:

🧬 Family History
Diabetes runs in my family. Watching loved ones manage this condition gave me a head start on what to expect—but also a lot of motivation to do things differently.

🧠 Learning Never Stops
I’m a bit of a research nerd. I’m constantly exploring medical journals, expert recommendations, and user feedback to improve the tools and content on this site.

🍛 Lifestyle Shift
The changes I made after diagnosis weren’t always easy—but they were worth it. I’ll share my real-world tips and experiences, from better meals to smarter routines.

🌍 Community & Connection
This space isn’t just about tools—it’s about people. If you’ve found something helpful here, or want to share your own journey, I’d love to hear from you.

Thanks for being here.
Let’s make life with diabetes just a little easier, one step at a time.
